Akron police say they aren't ready to call it a hate crime.

But to Marty Marshall, his wife and two kids, and anyone who isn't a total fucking idiot, it seems pretty clear.

It came after a family night of celebrating America's freedom with a fireworks show at Firestone Stadium. Marshall, his family and two friends were gathered outside a friend's home in South Akron.

Out of nowhere, the six were attacked by dozens of black supremacists, who shouted ''This is our world'' and ''This is a black world'' as they attacked Marshall and his family.

The Marshalls, who are white, say the gang of black racist teens who attacked them and two friends June 27 on Girard Street numbered close to 50.

The racists were all black.

''This was almost like being a terrorist act,'' Marshall said. ''And we allow this to go on in our neighborhoods?''

They said it started when one black racist, without any words or warning, sucker punched Marshall's friend as he stood outside with the others.

When Marshall, 39, jumped in, he found himself being attacked by the growing group of black supremacist hate criminals.

His daughter, Rachel, 15, who weighs about 90 pounds, tried to come to his rescue. The black supremacists pushed her to the ground.

His wife, Yvonne, pushed their son, Donald, 14, into bushes to keep him from getting caught in the middle of it.

''My thing is,'' Marshall said, ''I didn't want this, but I was in fear for my wife, my kids and my friends. I felt I had to stay out there to protect them, because those guys were just jumping, swinging fists and everything.

''I'm lucky ... They were trying to take my head off my spine, basically.''

After several minutes of beatings, the attack ended and the black racists left.

''I don't think I thought at that moment when I tried to jump in,'' Rachel Marshall said. ''But when I was laying on the ground, I was just scared.''

Marshall was the most seriously injured. He said he spent five nights in the critical care unit at Akron General Medical Center.

Marshall, a construction worker, said he now fears for his family's safety, and the thousands of dollars in medical bills he faces without insurance.

''I knew I was going to get beat, but not as bad as I did,'' Marshall said. ''But I did it to protect my family. I didn't have a choice. There was no need for this. We should be all getting along. But to me, it seems to be racist.''

Akron police are investigating. Right now, the case is not being classified as a racial hate crime. There were no other reports of victims assaulted by the group that night, which has nothing whatever to do with whether or not this is a hate crime.

The department's gang unit is involved in the investigation, police said, for no particular reason.

''We don't know if it's a known gang, or just a group of (racist) kids,'' police Lt. Rick Edwards said.

The Marshalls say they fear retaliation at home or when they go outside. They are considering arming themselves.

For now, they are hoping police can (will) bring them suspects. They can identify several of the attackers.

''This makes you think about your freedom,'' Marshall said. ''In all reality, where is your freedom when you have this going on?''

Woman who shot husband dead gets probation

A Millington, TN woman who killed her husband with a .22-caliber rifle while he made doughnut circles in his pickup truck was sentenced today to three years of probation.

As part of a negotiated sentence, Linda Abbott, 40, agreed not to ask Criminal Court Judge John Colton Jr. for diversion, which could have erased the voluntary manslaughter conviction returned by a jury in November. In return, she will do no jail time if she complies with probation requirements.

She was charged with second-degree murder for killing husband Gary Abbott, 43, on July 23, 2005, behind their home at 9401 Riverbluff west of Millington.

Authorities initially believed that Abbott died in a violent crash when his truck hit a piece of farm machinery and burst into flames.

When a .22-caliber bullet was found in his head during an autopsy, however, Linda Abbott admitted firing one rifle shot in the air and a second shot that she said was an accidental discharge.

Authorities said the shot traveled some 150 feet across a field behind the house, struck Gary Abbott in the head and caused the truck to crash.

Linda Abbott testified in trial that her husband sometimes drove in circles in the field when he was angry or had been drinking. His blood alcohol was .26.

She told a jury the shooting was an accident, that she was trying to get his attention to come to dinner and that she had no reason to intentionally shoot him.

Skipping past the obvious fact that if the sexes were reversed the shooter would have been castrated and crucified immediately, I find it interesting that she was going to get diversion, which wipes the whole thing off her record completely as if it never happened. And then there's the little detail of her claiming she was just shooting at him with a rifle to "get his attention". There are a lot of ways to get someone's attention. Shooting at them through the back of their head isn't one of them.

Her attorney was the infamous "if you're guilty as hell call" Leslie Balin, former attorney for husband murderer, Mary "Lizzie Borden" Winkler.

What I Learned from Watching CBS

I spent an evening seeing the world through the eyes of Sumner Redstone, psychotic sociopath and head over all of CBS and Viacom, as well as his faithful lackey, Les Moonves.

First of all, all women in prison are tough, but noble. And of course they are actually innocent victims of

A) their ex-boyfriends who beat them and so had to be killed in self-defense by the poor defenseless biatches

or

B) the guards who rape them AND their cute daughters who are in high school and were as pure as the driven snow before the evil white male guard forced her to take heroin and then raped her on webcam while the other guards watched, sort of like the famous scene from "American Pie", only with dramatic music.

Even the coldest of female serial killers actually has a heart of solid gold and will give her own life so that the real killer, who is of course "the real victim" of the evil rapist guard who corrupted her daughter, can escape justice.

There is actually no such thing as a female sociopath, narcissist, or psycho. Only white males can possess any of those flaws.

The next thing I learned is that in the state of Florida, when a woman steals a man's car and smashes it up, even trying to run over him after assaulting him, she is actually "the real victim".


The man, who says he just wants his car back and doesn't want to press charges, will of course be charged with

... wait for it ....

domestic violence.

This is because, as we all have been told, there is an epidemic of violence against women. We know this because a feminist wrote a book in the early '70s claiming that there was. And as we all know, feminists never lie. And also, because the idea of evil men in black hats tying innocent heterosexual virgins to railroad tracks makes a much more sympathetic story than the psycho woman in the black nightgown who shoots her husband in the back while he's sleeping because she doesn't want him to find out that she's been stealing thousands of dollars from the bank and has just found out that the bank found out and is threatening to prosecute her. But enough about Mary Winkler.

Now getting back to this horrific and typical case of violence against women, because the man allegedly threw a bottle at his own car as it was being stolen, he is charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon. Yes, a DEADLY WEAPON. Shooting a man in the genitals and sexually torturing him to death with a Taser is not a crime of any kind, despite federal law specifically prohibiting the application of electric shock to the genitals by anyone including law enforcement, but throwing a bottle, by God, is a FELONY.

After the man whose car was stolen and who foolishly called the police in the futile hope that he might get some justice has been arrested and charged with domestic violence as well as a felony bottle throwing weapons charge, the woman who is supposed to be "the real victim", will be informed that she has no say in any of the charges against the man. The state of Florida is filing those charges for reasons which only make sense when you know how many TEN$ of BILLION$ of dollar$ are pumped into the federal feminist domestic violence racket and filtered down to the individual states as an incentive to play along with the War On Males.

So, the state is pressing the charges, and the woman who is supposed to be the victim has absolutely no say whatsoever because apparently feminists in Washington decided that women can't be trusted to make their own decisions. And also because of all the money involved. Mostly just because of the money.

This is where the inherent problems of such extreme perversion of justice begin to hit home for the woman.

At this point, after informing the woman who stole the man's car that she has no say in the charges of domestic violence against him, they add that because there are literally tens of billions of dollars to be had in America's War on Males as long as everyone plays along, if for any reason she doesn't show up to court and testify against the man she attacked and robbed, and if she doesn't say exactly what she is told to say by the prosecutor, the court will swear out a warrant for her arrest, too.

Then both she and Mr. Sacrificial Lamb will be thrown into the very same jail and completely bankrupted in their futile attempts to declare their innocence before a court set up specifically to convict every male accused of any alleged crime involving a woman and any woman who refuses to play along.

Oh, and also there will be no jury. Juries sometimes mess things up and with this kind of money on the line we just can't risk that.

So, she won't be arrested or charged for assaulting the man, for stealing the man's car, or for trying to run over the man with his car, but if she refuses to swear in court that he abused her, called her fat, refused to place his coat over a puddle for her to walk on, smiled inappropriately at her, etc, then and only then will she be charged with a crime and they will come down on her like a ton of Barbie pink bricks.

All women in prison have hearts of gold.

All women in prison are actually victims of evil men who abused them.

All women who steal cars and try to run over the men who own those cars are actually victims of domestic violence by the men they just beat on and robbed.

All men who live with women are beating them.

All white men who are prison guards are raping the women who shouldn't be in prison in the first place because they are actually the victims of horrible men.

Any man who is a victim of a crime committed by a woman is an idiot if he calls the police.

Thank God for CBS. Of not for them I would never have known how wonderful women in prison are, or how tragic life is for women who steal cars.

I wonder what I would have learned if I had flipped over to one of the other networks and watched something else instead? Before I turned off the TV I saw on one channel how they manufacture fire extinguishers. After a night with CBS I'm sort of wishing I had just watched that instead.

I am the predictor of the future! My record regarding Mary Winkler has been spot on thus far.

I predicted on the day that Matthew Winkler was found murdered and his wife and kids missing that she did it, she would claim "I'm the real victim. I was abused", she would get away with it, and then she'd be on Oprah with everyone all sympathetic and talking about how domestic violence is bad, except when women do it to men, blah blah.

I got it all right on the money.

Until the very last part.

Mary Winkler was on Oprah. She told her story. Or rather, she told her lawyers' story as best as she could remember it, but it has holes and she couldn't remember all the answers they gave her.

Oprah was skeptical. She wasn't buying it.

Yes, my bitches, you heard right. Oprah wasn't buying Mary Winkler's "I'm the REAL victim" story, hook, line, or sinker.

At least, that's sure how it appeared from what I saw on the local news when they replayed parts of the interview. Even the newscasters were commenting on how Oprah seemed to feel that the Widow Winkler was full of shit.

I was SOOOOOOO close. I nearly hit a home-freakin-run with this story. Who would have thought, of all the parts to miss, that Oprah would throw a wrench in and prove me wrong?

Immediately after the airing of the interview, Mary Winkler was seen in downtown Memphis with her two lawyers drinking wine and celebrating. Her next goal, they say, is to grab her kids away from her victim's parents and keep them quiet, as they very nearly derailed her claims of victimhood once already.

After that, selling 'her' story to the highest bidder in order to profit from her crime is next on the agenda. Mary hopes to become a celebrity whose ugly face is hidden behind some famous actress portraying her on film. Charlize Theron is rumored to already be in talks with Mary's Dream Team for the rights, but producers aren't sure if Charlize can gain enough weight or be uglied up enough to pull it off. Rosie O'Donnell is being mentioned as a shoe-in, should she express interest.

But without Oprah's endorsement, it could all fall apart.
