This is Sarah & Pat. The Country Cafe is family owned & operated. They had to cook because the regular cooks didn't show up for work..These ladies know how to cook too..

Edie, Gene & Mary. Gene stopped by on the way to paint his mom's house and Edie & Mary were the waitresses..They did an outstanding job of serving us..Fast and efficient.

This will conclude Part II of the Blue Knights Tx XX "Beat The Heat" Run. I had a good time, as always, and I think everyone else did too. Thanks to all the folks that came out and made this a successful run: members, their families & all of our great friends. This is what biking is all about. Good times!!
